Why were these sessions introduced?
The 9–15 classes were created to make the transition between the 8–11 and 12–15 stages more natural and structured.
Rather than focusing only on chronological age, the aim is to provide an environment where participants can learn sound technique, build confidence and continue to progress at an appropriate pace.
What do they focus on?
- Foundational movement and coordination
- Progressive age-appropriate strength work
- Positive culture, discipline and confidence
- A clear pathway toward more advanced training later on
